Notice to owner and user of Panasonic's Massage Chair
Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd., the manufacturer of Panasonic Massage Loungers and Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the sales and marketing company for the same product, wish to inform our valued customers that there is a very slight possibility that an internal power cord used in this model may breakdown. As a result, there is a remote possibility that it will lead to smoke or spark if customers continue to use this product for a period of time after such breakage occurs. As a precautionary measure, we would like to replace the internal power cord for this said model at no cost to all our valued customers who have purchased our Massage Lounger Model EP3510. Kindly refrain from using your massage lounger until we have completed our inspection and have had the part replaced. Customers who have purchased the Massage Lounger Model EP3510 are requested to contact our Customer Care Centre. Upon receiving your details, our technician will be sent to your home for this safety inspection and to replace the said part. All our models other than EP3510 have no problems. We apologise for any inconvenience this exercise may cause you but it is done with our best intentions to ensure that YOU, our most valued customer, have the peace of mind whenever using any of our Panasonic products.
